- Booking amount will not be refunded if any journey is cancelled.
- If refund policy is applicable, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business working days.
- Rate will be changeable from Garage to Garage (KM & Hrs.).
- If due to natural calamity, accident, or internal engine trouble of the Coach/Car, or traffic jam, the journey is held up, the owner will not be answerable and shall not be liable for any damages.
- Balance amount must be paid before commencement of the journey.
- The bus must be returned on the scheduled date; failing which, the hirer shall pay charges for each delayed calendar date.
- Any damage caused to the seats or any part of the Coach/Car shall be borne by the party.
- Excepting the scheduled places to be visited, if the hirer wants to visit any other places, they will bear extra charges at the rate of Rs. ……….. per K.M./Hrs.
- Permit, party tax, and toll should be paid directly by the party.
- In all disputes, the decision of the company will be final and legally binding.
- Party must provide the detailed program of the whole tour.
- All terms and conditions are subject to change.
- Carrying of any smuggling goods is strictly prohibited.
- Any subscription will be paid by the party.
- After 11:00 P.M., Rs. 300/- (for small cars) & Rs. 700/- (for buses) per night will be charged.
- Outstation charge: Rs. 500/- (for small cars) & Rs. 1500/- (for buses) will be charged.
- Minimum mandatory hours is 8 Hours.
- Full payment must be made at the time of handover of the bus/car.
- Marriage card must be submitted 7 days before travel. The list of passenger names should be submitted to the office, otherwise, the bus company will not be liable.
- Contribution and Tirtha-kar must be paid by the party.
- The bus will not go on small or unpaved roads. If taken, damages and costs must be paid by the party.
